Cassandra Goodson LMBT # 23447

My path to bodywork comes from a genuine love for helping others. I believe that healing is a gentle, collaborative process, and I strive to create a warm, welcoming space where you can let go of daily tension, slow down, and feel truly heard.

Professional Training & Philosophy

I completed my 740-hour Therapeutic Massage program at the Aveda Institute, where I also completed a comprehensive 100-hour clinical rotation before passing the MBLEx. Education as a LMBT will be a life long practice.

The more I learn the more I realize how little I know. -Socrates

Whether you are seeking relief from chronic desk-worker strain, recovering from physical exertion, or simply needing a quiet space to reset your nervous system, my goal is to tailor every session to your body’s unique needs. I believe that effective bodywork is a collaborative process, rooted in deep listening and a genuine respect for the body's innate capacity for recovery.

Beyond the Treatment Room

When I’m not in the clinic, my world is centered around my family and the simple joys of everyday life in coastal North Carolina—whether cheering on my children in their activities or spending quality time together at home.

You will also frequently find me working with clay as an active member of the Coastal Carolina Clay Guild and Fat Cat Pottery which ground me in the beauty of tactile, hands-on creation. I also share a deep passion for plants, gardening and herbalism, finding joy in studying botanical formulations and connecting with the natural world around me.

I look forward to partnering with you on your wellness journey and helping you find greater ease, balance, and vitality in your everyday movement.
